Brief: To design and build a set of new email templates that can be flexible to use across a range of email types.
Important considerations for this project included accessibility of colours and type, creating a range of components to give enough flexibility across all company comms and of course how to use our brand assets most effectively!

94% of customers open and read their emails on their phone so this system was designed mobile first but is fully responsive to desktop.

Results: 80% increase in unique email clicks since full launch in January 2024
